At the end of the last full day of the tour, we went to the
King’s Feast Luau, presented on the hotel grounds, adjacent to King
Kamehameha’s last temple. A series of
dances and songs from all the Polynesian
Islands , from Fiji , and Tonga
to Hawaii and New Zealand were presented. The pit was opened, the pig was prepared and
we dined under the stars beside the sea.
Mai-Tais flowed.
